By accessing or using StreamVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. StreamVault reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
StreamVault is a browser-based media player application that allows users to load and play IPTV playlists in M3U, M3U8, XSPF, and Xtream Codes formats. StreamVault does not provide, host, supply, or distribute any video content, television channels, streams, or media files of any kind. Users are solely responsible for the content they access through the Service.
You agree to use StreamVault only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to access, stream, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content that:
StreamVault expressly prohibits the use of the Service to access pirated, unlicensed, or illegally distributed content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any IPTV subscription or playlist you use with StreamVault is legitimate and legally obtained.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
StreamVault offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time payment with no recurring charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have a billing concern.
The StreamVault application, including its design, code, branding, and all associated materials, is the intellectual property of StreamVault. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.
StreamVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content accessed through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any content accessed through the Service or any interruption or cessation of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or are using the Service for unlawful purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
