How quickly will I get a reply?+

We aim to respond to all support emails within 24–48 hours on business days.

My subscription isn't showing as active — what do I do?+

After payment, visit your Account page and click "Refresh Status". If it still shows as free after a few minutes, email us with the email address used at checkout and we'll sort it manually.

StreamVault isn't playing my channels — is it a StreamVault problem?+

StreamVault is a player only — it does not supply streams. If channels aren't loading, the issue is usually with your IPTV provider's server or your playlist URL being expired. Contact your IPTV provider first, then reach out to us if you need help with the player itself.

Can I get a refund?+

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with your purchase, email us within 14 days and we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer live chat?+
